NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS OF THE TOWN OF MONTGOMERY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 16 of the Town Law, as amended, and the Zoning Law of the Town of Montgomery, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Montgomery, New York will hold a Public Hearing in the Town Government Center, 110 Bracken Road, Second Floor, Montgomery, New York on the 17th day of June, 2019 at 7:15 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard to consider the application of Autumn Sky Development, Co. and Steven Michalski for an Area Variance to allow a 51 foot frontyard setback for a self-storage units facility.
The applicant seeks relief from the requirements of Montgomery Town Zoning Law Section 7020.6, which requires a minimum frontyard setback of 60 feet for properties in Interchange Business (IB) zoning districts.
The property is located on North Drury Lane in the Town of Montgomery, and is identified as Tax Map Section 26, Block 1, Lot 67.142. The property is located in the Interchange Business (IB) zoning district.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any resident of the Town of Montgomery is entitled to be heard upon said application at the public hearing. Copies of the application and plans may be inspected at the Town Government Center located at 110 Bracken Road, Montgomery, NY during normal business hours. Written comments may be submitted prior to or at the public hearing. Oral comments may be made at the public hearing. Persons may appear in person or by agent.
