The project sponsor proposes to disturb 51,051 square feet of the state regulated 100 foot adjacent area of NYS Freshwater Wetland NB1 (Class II) in order to expand a parking lot and construct necessary stormwater improvements. Parking lot expansion is expected to improve safety by isolating truck traffic from the visitor and employee entrance as well as provide additional paved surfaces for product and trailer storage areas.
