PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Newburgh, Orange County, New York will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 274A of the NYS Town Law and Chapter 18549 of the Town of Newburgh Code on the Application of:
Rocket Subdivision (202310) The project is a 2lot subdivision of an existing 2.7 +/- acre parcel of property. The property is located at 397 Candlestick Hill Road. The project site currently contains two single-family residential structures. The project proposes a subdivision resulting in two residential lots. One lot will be a 1.52 +/- acre lot and the new lot will be a 1.18 +/- acre lot. Lots are served by existing or proposed sub-surface sanitary sewer disposal system and onsite wells. The project site is located within the Town's AR Zoning District. The site is known on the Town of Newburgh Tax Maps as Section 6, Block 1, Lot 59.
A Public Hearing will be held on the 18 th day of April 2024 at the Town Hall Meeting Room, 1496 Route 300, Newburgh, New York at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
