NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 6:30 PM or as soon there after as can be heard, at the Village Offices, One Municipal Square, Walden New York to consider the appeal of Ms. Lindsay Quiroz for an area variance for property located at 59 Wileman Avenue, and identified on the Tax Map as Section 304, Block 2, Lot 1, located in a R3 (single family) Zoning District from certain provisions of the Zoning Law of the Village of Walden so as to construct fencing within the required front yard area.
1. Vary Section 30521, Permitted fences and walls so as to construct approx. 125'0" of 4'0" chain link fencing in a required front yard area where such fencing is not allowed.
All persons interested shall be given an opportunity to be heard on the issues raised on the appeal.
