NOTICE OF HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 202, at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard to consider the appeal of Mr. Lewis Donnelly for a area variance for property located at 126 North Montgomery Street and identified on the Tax Map as Section 302, Block 1, Lot 5.1, located within a R3 (single family) Zoning District from certain provisions of the Zoning Law of the Village of Walden. An area variance is sought to vary Section 30552C, 24(H)5, Special Conditions and Safe Guards for Certain Exception Uses so as to reduce the required setback for the proposed maintenance building from the required 15'0" to the requested 0.7", pursuant to the Zoning Code.

Due to the public health and safety concerns related to COVID19, the Zoning Board will NOT be meeting in person. In accordance with the Governor's Executive Order 202.1 and 202.10 the meeting will be held via videoconference. As permitted by Section 104 of the Public Officers Law and the Governor's Executive Orders, individual Board members may participate from remote locations. Consistent with the aforementioned Executive Orders, physical attendance by the public as said locations shall NOT be permitted.
