Charles “Chuck” V. Newman, of New Windsor, entered into rest at the Westchester Medical Center, on Monday, June 10, 2019. He was 61.
Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Newman, he was born in Newburgh on August 31, 1957.
Chuck, a lifelong area resident, was employed as a shipping clerk for Mastercraft Industries, Newburgh for many years, and was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Carrie A. (Loubengeiger) Newman; a son, Scott (Janelle) Newman of CA; two daughters, Heidi Mickel and her finance, Jason Bates of Cornwall and Jean Newman and her finance, Chris Mott of New Windsor; nine grandchildren, Robert, Austin, Ruth, Gloria, Alvin Jr., Christopher, Christian, Ethan Kai and London; one great grandson, Joseph Henry and several nieces and nephews.
Private cremation has taken place at Cedar Hill Crematory.
A joint Memorial Service for Chuck along with his Mother and Father-in Law, will take place on Saturday, July 6, at 11 a.m. at the Grace Methodist Church, Broadway, Newburgh.
Funeral arrangements are under the care of White, Venuto and Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 N. Plank Rd. Newburgh.
