Kayla DuBois, of Newburgh, was named to the 2019 Dean’s List at Union College.
DuBois is a member of the Class of 2019, majoring in Biomedical Engineering.
Comprised annually, the Union College Dean’s List honors students who have a grade point average of 3.5 for the entire academic year and meet certain other requirements.
Local students are among the more than 1,500 students who have reserved places as freshmen at SUNY Oswego. Fall 2019 classes begin Aug. 26.
Abigail M. Moore of Jacqueline Street in New Windsor last attended Cornwall Central High School, and is an intended psychology major.

Dominic D. Valeri of Windsor Garden Drive in New Windsor last attended Newburgh Free Academy, and is an intended wellness management major.
Alec N. MacDonald of Union Avenue in Newburgh last attended Wallkill Senior High School, and is an intended technology education major.

More than 600 transfer students, including several from the area, have reserved places at SUNY Oswego for fall 2019. Classes will begin Aug. 26.
Devereaux A. Johansen of Barrett Drive in New Windsor last attended University Alabama, and is an intended criminal justice major.
Enrique L. Perez of Little Britain Road in New Windsor last attended Orange County Community College, and is an intended biology major.

Patricia M. Cobey of Floral Drive in Newburgh last attended SUNY Morrisville, and is an intended zoology major.
