Joan Costello of Newburgh, a former manager for IBM, Fishkill and a lifelong resident of the area passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2020, in New Paltz. She was 77.
The daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Costello, she was born March 02, 1943 in Newburgh.
Survivors include her nephew Charles “Jake” Costello and his wife Gabi Costello, niece Christine Rodriguez and husband Angel Rodriguez and their daughters Amber and Katlyn Savoy, sister-in-law Maureen Costello and several cousins.
She was predeceased by her brother Charles David Costello.
Burial will be in Gardnertown Cemetery in Newburgh, NY.
