Kimberly M. Chambers, of Newburgh, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, July, 29, 2020. Kimberly was 55. She is the daughter of the late Patricia A. Boykins and Cornelius C. Boykins, born in Goshen, NY on September 16, 1965.
Kimberly graduated from Ridley-Lowell Business & Technical Institute. She worked for Planned Parenthood for 14 years. Kimberly loved cooking and enjoyed watching the food channels, spending time with family, and watching soccer.
Kimberly is survived by her husband Joseph S. Chambers Sr.; son Joseph S. Chambers Jr. and spouse Elizabeth Oyelade; siblings Cornelius C. Boykins and wife Palepa of Virginia, Pamela Jackson and husband Henry of Middletown, NY, Donna Boykins-Jones and husband Eugene, Tyrone Boykins and wife Linette, Terri Boykins and companion William all of Newburgh, NY; many nieces and nephews: Matthew Sr, India, Desiree, Nicole, Tashia, Cheyenne, Tyrone Jr, Cornelius Jr, Shenaya, Chaniece, and Michael; and several great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Kimberly is predeceased by her brothers Michael E. Boykins, Matthew H. Boykins; sisters Kelly L. Boykins, Desiree A. Boykins; Niece Jennera Boykins-Smith.
Burial of ashes will take place at Slate Hill Cemetery in Goshen, NY at the family’s convenience at a later date.
