The City of Newburgh will host a Patriot’s Day Remembrance Ceremony to honor residents of Orange County who were victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
The event will be at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at the 9/11 Memorial Park located at the intersection of Park Place and Grand Street on the northern edge of the City. The park’s granite memorial was dedicated one year after the attacks.
Representatives will read the names of victims from Orange County. The service is open to the public and all are invited to attend.
