Newburgh Free Academy’s Ryler Gould won the 400-hurdles at the Penn Relays. The junior is the New York state outdoor defending Division I 400- hurdles champion, and he won that event Saturday with a time of 52.55, nipping Jamaica’s Romel Plummer, who was second with a time of 52.88.
