Rachel Torres, a longtime Town of Newburgh resident, entered into rest on Sunday, April 5, 2020. She was 82.
Daughter of the late Rafael and Leonor R. (Torres) Torres, she was born on March 26, 1938 in New York, NY.
A graduate of Wallkill High School, Rachel was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband Jose Torres; a son Daniel Torres and his wife Erica of Plattekill; a brother, John of FL; and two grandchildren, Tatiana and Telia.
Private burial will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the care of White, Venuto and Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 N. Plank Road, Newburgh.
