Without a doubt, these are times of anxiety, stress, and trouble for all of us. There are so many things that rock our earthly boats, and the list dangerously keeps on growing for us in this, the most civilized country in the world, in ways that were unimaginable a few decades ago. We’ve lived through evil violence, terrorism, increased crime, senseless shootings, money worries, job loss, illness, death of a loved one, addiction, wicked weather patterns, and now we have the real fear of this coronavirus threatening EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US!

Perhaps it’s time to stop the political upheaval, and mudslinging, and pointing the finger that identifies the folly going on, in what was once the greatest country in the world, an admired and respected leader with moral ethics, and God-fearing people who joined together in an effort to find peace and common ground.

Our world has been thrown into the storms of life, and have been cut to the heart, at the loss of thousands and thousands of innocent lives, and sadly it’s just the beginning. So, please don’t be afraid to pray, and place our hope and trust in God, the Father. We are all suffering and frightened at the “unknown” of this tragedy, no one more than me! Please, loving Lord, bless us with your grace, all over our confused world. Protect our emergency workers and give them courageous hearts to lovingly perform their duties, in spite of the obvious dangers to them.

Please read the endearing words from Psalm 23:1-6, the very much-loved good shepherd psalm that speaks of being rescued by God, the One we trust to save us. It is His staff we lean on for comfort.

Happy Birthday to the March 25 birthday stars, and best wishes for birthday gladness, laughter and joy, fun moments and beautiful memories always. The shining stars are: Carl Aiello, Regina Angelo, Dominick Biolsi, Maurice Cea, Charlie Clayton, Dana DiNoia, John DiPofi, Lauren Enright, Aretha Franklin, Robert Gould, Peter Haight, Elton John, Winnie Lee, Darren Marshall, Mary Mulvey, Joe O’Brian, Nicoles Osler, Sara Jessica Parker, Jennie Scalzo, Doris Strakosch, and God bless you with health, peace, and joy!

On a happier note, we have said “welcome” to spring, while still shivering in the last days of winter gloom, and frightening uncertainties. So, let our eyes and ears feast upon the blessings right in front of us. Is it not a joy to hear and see our beautiful song birds returning to entertain us, in song and flight? Our trees are starting to finally show little buds of life, and our sweet crocuses dressed in yellow and purple are little clusters of delight. Daffodils are almost ready to pop open and dance in the spring breezes, and my hyacinths and tulips are begging to bloom. It’s time to refresh our outlook on life, as we experience all the beauty of our earth, with hope and love for all.

May you always have an angel at your side.
