I have known Sylvia Santiago for more than fifteen years. We first met while both our sons were in a Cub Scout Pack in New Windsor. Both of our daughters have also been in the scouting program together as well. As our children are now out of scouts, Sylvia remains there helping those scouts achieve their dreams of becoming an Eagle Scout. She works with them as either a Merit Badge Counselor or just by helping the boys with their Life to Eagle paperwork. Sylvia is committed to the youth in our community through school and scouting.

Sylvia is also very committed to the entire New Windsor Community. She is compassionate and dedicated to helping and educating all, in the hopes of a better tomorrow. Sylvia is efficient, detail-oriented, and extremely competent. Because of her devotion to New Windsor and the community, I think Sylvia would make a great choice for a seat on the New Windsor Town Council. I would certainly vote for her.

Sylvia has an excellent rapport with people of all ages. Her excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) allow her to connect with all kinds of people.

I would highly recommend Sylvia Santiago for any position or endeavor that she may seek to pursue. She will be a valuable asset to the New Windsor Town Council and the New Windsor community, as a council member.
