The Detective Division of Newburgh Town Police is investigating a rape/sexual assault of an elderly woman and is attempting to identify a man as a person of interest.
Police said he was the subject of a previous news release and has been established as someone they want to talk to in this case.
The investigation has determined he may go by the name of Caesar and frequents the City of Newburgh.
