During the month of January, Vails Gate United Methodist will be collecting cans of soup for the Souper Bowl of Caring. All kinds of soup will be welcome. Monetary donations are also welcome, but please make checks payable to Vail’s Gate UMC and designate “Souper Bowl” on the memo line. Even though this is a national campaign, all donations of soup and money stay local. We will be giving all items donated to the Grace UMC Food Pantry in Newburgh.

Join the town of New Windsor for the Senior Matinee Movie on Tuesday January 28 ito watch “Bennett’s War.” A soldier in the Army Motorcycle Unit suffers a shattered leg and back following the detonation of an IED while deployed overseas.
