Victoria J. Kappes, of Newburgh, entered into rest on Saturday, August 8, 2020. She was 70.
Daughter of the late William Lucas, III and Jane (Lawrence) Lucas, she was born on July 25, 1950 in Portland, Maine.
Victoria was a retired Registered Orthopedic Nurse with the Westchester Medical Center, Mt. Pleasant, NY.
Survivors include three daughters, Lori Actisdano of Dickson City, PA; Stephanie Walker and Mike Jones, of New Windsor, NY, and Jenny Kappes of Laceyville, PA; a brother William Lucas IV and his wife Jane of Wappingers Falls, NY; a sister, Roxane Lucas of Port Orange, FL; a son-in-law, Jeremy Crane of Laceyville, PA; eight grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Brandon, Abigail, Michael, Zoe, Jeremy, Jr., Brittany, and Danielle; two great grandchildren, Simpson and Carlee; nephews, Steven and William, V, Shawn and niece, Teresa; along with great nieces and nephews, William VI, Meghann, Sydney and Lucas.
Victoria was predeceased by a daughter, Janet Crane in 2020.
Private cremation has taken place at Cedar Hill Crematory.
Memorial Visitation will take place 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, August, 16, 2020 at White, Venuto and Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 N. Plank Road, Newburgh.
A Memorial Service will follow at the Funeral Home at 4 p.m.
