In November the question is not Trump or Biden or Democrat or Republican. The biggest question you need to ask yourself is am I an American.

We all know that both political parties have failed all Americans and the Media tries to fill our heads with their version of the truth to put hatred in our hearts. Because of the lack of credibility by our elected officials and the media I have decided to do my own fact checking.

In New York State there is a program that serves 145 students of relatives and dependents of Military Veterans who served in combat zones at a cost of 2.7 million dollars. The State Senate passed a bill twice to increase the program by hundreds of thousands of dollars for free tuition, room and board at any SUNY or CUNY college to children, spouses and financial dependents of FALLEN SOLDIERS who died, became severely disabled or were classified as MISSING IN ACTION while serving in the military after 1990.

In the spring of 2019 the Assembly, lead by Democrats, voted against the bill to add the funds to the existing program. More important to Democrats in the Assembly was to set aside 27 million dollars in tuition assistance for children of undocumented immigrants in the new state budget. When asked why the bill was voted down for Military families, Deborah Glick (D-Manhattan) the committee chair, said budget constraints weighed against the program expansion. The Democrats have told us the children of illegal immigrants are worth 10 times more than family members of our FALLEN HEROES who gave their life for our country. If you are an American this should turn your stomach, boil your blood and you should be outraged by this decision. The bad news for Americans is this is going on in every state in our country lead by Democrats. The Democrats Presidential candidate has said he will give citizenship to 11 million undocumented immigrants along with free health care. How many of you that are citizens of America are getting free health care?

So as an American is this starting to open your eyes of where you stand in the world of Democrats? If you believe the actions taken by the Assembly to disrespect the families of our FALLEN HEROES and reward the children of mothers and fathers who committed a crime by entering our country illegally is the right thing to do, then you should continue to support them. If you believe American tax dollars should be used to honor and help take care of families of our FALLEN HEROES who deserve better representation from our elected officials, now is the time to make the change.
