Miles Giansante hit a solo home run as CBHV defeated Russo Fuel in a Majors baseball game in Marlboro Youth Baseball and Softball action on Thursday at Young’s Field in Milton.
Overall, league play started on Sept. 12 and the season is scheduled to run until the end of October.
There are four division on the baseball side: T-ball, Rookies, Minors and Majors. The league has 6 T-ball teams, 2 Majors teams, four Rookies teams and two Minors teams.
The Majors, Minors teams also play two teams from Highland.
There is one 12U softball team that plays against other towns.
The league is part of the national Babe Ruth League program.
