It is not too often that you find a fitness and wellness professional who makes both a short- and long-term investment toward making a positive and impactful difference in the lives of their clients. For the past 2 1/2 years, I have had the pleasure of participating in boot camp classes in Marlboro, NY with Joe Wiles. He is that kind of professional who inspires his clients to challenge themselves today to takes steps toward a healthier future.

Joe Wiles has the perfect balance of pushing his clients beyond what they believe is capable, while recognizing that each of us have different aptitudes, goals and overall capabilities. He is always the hardest worker in the room and motivates us with his contagious, positive attitude to keep pushing ahead. He celebrates our daily goals and encourages us to use them as building blocks for our future goals.

While some may see working out as a “chore” or something that just “has to be done,” Joe makes fitness fun and accessible. I know the difference he has made in my life, as well as countless others, and I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and unwavering dedication to his clients.
