Mount Saint Mary College recognized more than 550 graduates on Saturday, May 16, during a virtual Commencement celebration.

Among the local graduates are the following:

Highland: Makayla Caso (BS), Valerie Lupi (BS), Laura Peterson (BS), Stephanie Porcelli (BS), Jacob Rao (BA), William Stamberg (BA), Lee-Ann Zeltman (MS).

Marlboro: Christopher Grevas (MBA), Erica LaMela (BA), Diana Meyer (BS), Jeremy Stuempert (MBA).

Milton: Maria Evans (BA) andBreanna Ferguson (BS).

Modena: Tanya Jones BA) and Joseph Schofield (BA).

Wallkill: Jessica Arias (BS), Carolyn Florentino (BS), Shianne Huerta (BS), Amanda Jimenez (BS), Steven Leo (BS), Emmalee Nott (BS), Tyler Poirter (BS), Tenisa Saunders (BS), Brittaney Torchino (MS), and Victoria Voss (BA).

Purchase College announced that more than 1,500 students were named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester. Students who have earned this academic honor have maintained a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher and taken a minimum of 12 credits. For BA and BS programs, a semester GPA of 3.50 is required. For BFA and MusB programs, a semester GPA of 3.75 is required.
