Marlboro’s baseball team remained undefeated last week after a pair of victories over Rondout and Wallkill.

Wednesday, April 10 against Rondout, Fred Callo and Christian Diorio combined on a one-hitter as the Dukes downed the Ganders 4-1.

Diorio homered and doubled and drove in a pair of runs. Eric Grzechowski also hit a home run and singled. Brendan Mahusky doubled and drove in a run as the Dukes improved to 4-0.

The next day against Wallkill, Mahusky fanned seven hitters and was the winning pitcher as the Dukes beat the Panthers 12-3.

Diorio had three hits and drove in four runs. Mahusky and Mike Paolo each drove in pair of runs as the Dukes improved to 5-0.
