Weekly Recipe
Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Perfectly cooked bite sized morsels of tender steak drenched in garlicky butter.
PREP TIME 5 minutes COOK TIME 10 minutes TOTAL TIME 15 minutes

Ingredients 1.5 lbs. steak (see note 1), cut into bite sized pieces
1 Tbsp olive oil
6 Tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Once hot, add in steak bites and season with salt and pepper.

2. Cook 2 minutes undisturbed. Stir and cook another 2-3 minutes. Remove to a plate.

3. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to same pan. Once melted, add garlic and parsley, and cook about a minute, stirring.

4. Remove from heat. Add steak bites back into pan and toss well. Notes 1. My preferred cuts of steak for this dish are rib eye (which we used here), New York strip, sirloin, or tenderloin. 2. Don’t overcrowd the pan. If necessary, cook in batches.

Please join us at Christ Church, 426 Old Post Road, on Sunday, June 12th at 4pm for a service with Bishop Andrew Dietsche and the dedication of Father Jerry Brook’s memorial window.
