Despite a misty rain, the annual Halloween Parade went off without a hitch on Main Street in Milton last Thursday evening.
Parents and kids began gathering at the Sarah Hull Hallock Library eagerly anticipating the arrival of the Milton Fire truck as well as little “Freddie,” the company’s mascot of sorts.
After trooping down Main street ‘en masse’ to the firehouse, candy treats were handed out to the kids and parents got some coffee and apple donuts.
The kids had fun showing off their colorful costumes before heading off to trick or treat in their neighborhoods.
