The combined boys swimming team from Highland and Marlboro only has seven swimmers, and during the OCIAA championships over the weekend in Washingtonville, the squad finished sixth in division two with 109 points.

Phil Sadchikov won the 100-breaststroke with a time of 1:02.98, and he was third in the 200-individual medley. Casey Rosen was 10th in the 50-freestyle, and the team was fifth, with Rosen and Sadchikov, in the 200-freestyle relay.

Now the team will get ready for the Section 9 championships at Valley Central Feb. 14-16.
