Assemblyman Jonathan Jacobson will hold community swearing-in ceremonies on January 20 in the City of Newburgh and January 27 in Poughkeepsie.

Jacobson was officially sworn in as the new assembly member for the 104th District on November 14 in the New York State Capitol in Albany. He filled the vacancy left by the death of Frank Skartados.

The community swearing in ceremonies will be held on Sunday, January 20 at 3 p.m. at the City of Newburgh Activity Center and on Sunday, January 27 at 3 p.m. at the City of Poughkeepsie Common Council Chambers.

Jacobson represents the cities of Newburgh, Beacon, Poughkeepsie and the towns of Newburgh, Marlborough and Lloyd.
