Lane closures planned for Route 32 in Ulster County

Posted

The New York State Department of Transportation is advising Ulster County motorists to expect single lane closures along northbound and southbound Route 32 in the Town of Plattekill, between Route 44/55 and Old Mill Road, weekdays beginning Tuesday, July 7 through Thursday, July 16, between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., to facilitate roadway milling and paving, weather permitting.

Motorists should anticipate delays and plan accordingly.

Motorists are urged to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone.  Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
