The Gardiner Library will host “Calculating your Expected Family Contribution and Navigating the SAT and ACT landscape” with Elizabeth Levine and Marc Hoberman virtually via Zoom on Thursday February 11 from 5 to 6 p.m. Pre-registration for this free presentation is required by emailing Nicole at nlane@rcls.org. The presentation is geared towards any student in high school and their parents.

Topics covered include understanding how to calculate your Expected Family Contribution, a key indicator to understand your financial aid picture; understanding the SAT/ACT testing landscape, how to navigate the SAT/ACT through COVID, deciding which test is best for you and how they differ, preparing on your own, hiring a tutor and more.

Elizabeth Levine received her certification in College Admissions Counseling through UCLA, and began her practice, Signature College Counseling, over three years ago. She is a Professional Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA). Elizabeth’s previous talks at the library about college admissions and financial aid received rave reviews.
