Hudson Valley teens are invited to take some time out from the stresses of school and work to participate in a Teen Retreat on Saturday, January 6, from 1 to 4 p.m. This free afternoon retreat is open to all teens in grades eight through twelve.

The focus of this year’s retreat is mindfulness – the ability to be present, healthy, connected and kind. In a fun, relaxing and engaging setting, teens will get to know each other and experience guided and moving meditation. The retreat is designed to offer teens a respite from the stresses of school and work. The afternoon retreat will close with healthy refreshments and sharing. Attendance includes a free Youth Action Team t-shirt.

The retreat will take place at Stonewave Yoga located at 2694 US-44, Gardiner. To register please visit teenwellness2024.
