Members of the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team (URGENT) report the arrest of a Newburgh man following a long-term heroin and fentanyl sales investigation in the Town of Rosendale.
On July 17, URGENT arrested Marcus L. Williams, 33, of Newburgh, following an operation in the Town of Rosendale. He was charged with the felony of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. He is alleged to be in possession of a quantity of fentanyl and crack cocaine at the time of his arrest.
Williams was released with an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Rosendale Court on a later date.
