The 6th Annual Haney & Beck Memorial Paddle Run will take place on Saturday, June 10, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The 5.1-mile paddle run is a family-friendly fundraising event that begins at Thomas Bull Memorial Park. Paddlers can paddle down the lazy Wallkill River at their own pace or, for those who choose to make it a competitive event, race down the river to Benedict Farm Park in Montgomery.

The event will include food, live music, raffles and great prizes at Benedict Park. Awards will be given for first, second and third-place finishers in several categories.

Proceeds benefit the Tri-County Community Partnership’s Hope Not Handcuffs program, Tri-County Prevention Coalition, college scholarships, and other community youth prevention initiatives.
