Registration is now open for all 2020-2021 Modified, JV, and Varsity Winter sports. These sports include Modified Girls and Boys Basketball, Modified Cheerleading, Varsity and JV Girls and Boys Basketball, Varsity and JV Cheerleading, Boys Swimming, Wrestling, and Varsity Boys and Girls Winter Track. The Athletic Department is currently clearing athletes for the Winter season. They will do their best to clear all registrants for the start date of November 30, 2020. Once the student-athlete has been cleared by the Athletic Department and school medical director, their name will be listed on the clear-to-play list, and the coach will be notified. Please ensure the school nurse has a copy of your child’s current, up-to-date physical. The registration deadline for all Winter sports is December 7, 2020. Parents/guardians should complete the registration form online.
The partnership between the school district and its families is more important than ever! As we prepare to begin our hybrid model on October 6, communication between home and school will be crucial for each child’s academic success and social/emotional well-being. We encourage parents to reach out to their child’s teacher with any questions or concerns they may have. Building administrators, guidance counselors, and other support staff are also available to address any issues that may arise. Remember that we are stronger together, so let us stay connected!

St. Mary’s Confirmation
Those students who attended 8th grade religious instruction 2019- 2020, Confirmation is still scheduled for October 17. The only difference is we need to separate the students into 2 groups, we will be having 2 confirmation services on the 17th. If you have not already received an email from us, please reach out to us by calling the rectory. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we try and navigate this unusual time.
A member of our parish, John Tumminia, is the founder of the charitable organization called Baseball Miracles, which helps needy children around the world to enjoy the game and to help them become more confident in their abilities and to grow in self-esteem. They are looking for donations of new or gently used baseball gloves, balls, or monetary donations. If you would like to donate to a needy child that is helped by this ministry, you can do so by bring it to the rectory.

Thank You!
Marlboro Central School District Teachers, Staff and personnel who are keeping our schools safe for our children in the school year!
