Ryan exceeds his authority

The cancellation of Country Music Band, Confederate Railroad by Ulster County Executive Patrick Ryan is a singularly arrogant abuse of power. Socialist censorship is on display as he exceeds his authority and job description.

Since when does the Ulster County Executive’s office tell American Citizens what kind of music they must listen to? This young man is out of control. The Ulster County Fair is not his fair. It is the People’s Fair. He has superseded the Ulster County Fair Committee which has presented honest, decent entertainment to the people of our community for a hundred years.

The people of Ulster County must ask themselves if they want their county controlled by a man who will censor what kind of music they listen to? Do the people of Ulster County wish to have their lives controlled and censored by this man? The Ulster County Legislature should convene an Impeachment Investigation for Abuse of Power.
