Ulster BOCES to offer early morning Zoom Yoga

Ulster BOCES School for Adult Professional and Continuing Education is offering an early morning beginner yoga class that participants can enjoy from the comfort of their own homes using Zoom. The class runs from February 2 through February 25 on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings, from 7-7:45 a.m.
The class is suitable for all levels of students who are 18 years of age or older and will include exercises to improve flexibility, posture alignment, and focus. Learning how to relax through breathing will also be on the agenda.
“If you have never tried yoga, this would be a great opportunity to experience its benefits. The practice of yoga cultivates a deeper awareness of the mind-body connection and can help us manage stress,” instructor Margaret Delfino said. “It is a great way to begin your morning,” she added.
A mat is suggested for the exercises. The cost is $40 per student. To register, go to https://bit.ly/2LlbRu2. For any other questions, contact Ulster BOCES at (845) 331-5050.
