On January 1 at 10:30 a.m., baby boy Adrian Hargrove was born at Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall, making him the first child born in the new year. He weighed 7 pounds even. His parents are mom Diamond Evans and dad Adrian Hargrove Sr. Baby boy Adrian is their first child for the Newburgh natives. “I wanted a New Years baby but my due date was January 4th,” said Evans. “I didn’t expect him to come until then, but he came early and we were shocked and happy.”
