The Town of Newburgh Planning Board voted to waive the public hearing and approved the amended site plan design for Iron Chef located on 101 North Plank Road.

The project, represented by the engineering firm Burns Engineering Services, PC, has had its plans circulated to the Orange County Planning Department, the New York State Department of Transportation has responded with no need for permits and a City of Newburgh Flow Acceptance letter has been received by the town. The two story site will not include residential usage on the second floor of the building and the applicant will review the site plans for a handicap parking spot to be van accessible. The planning board requested copies of the revised plans to be submitted by the applicant.
