Join Park Educators, Nick Martin and Laura Conner, for a hiking art adventure. Starting
at the Peter’s Kill Area, we get warmed up for the day by running through a short
drawing lesson led by Nick Martin. Afterwards, we’ll head out into the Park to a few
different areas to practice our new skill in the field. As a group, we’ll plan to hike
approximately two miles during the duration of the program. Some of the hiking will take
place on footpaths which feature hills and uneven footing that some may find challenging. This program is recommended for children between the ages of seven to twelve years old, accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18. Well behaved younger siblings are always welcome, and parents are welcome to participate too. Meet at the Peter’s Kill Park Office.
