Living a Grateful Life

Being grateful increases happiness, life satisfaction and optimism and reduces toxic thoughts such as envy, passiveness and materialism. Gratitude is also an antidote to anxiety and depression. Please join us for an evening of psychodrama focused on exploring the positive psychological benefits of gratitude.

Open sessions are two to two and a half hour psychodrama sessions offered by certified psychodramatists to the general public. You may participate as little or as much as you want.
