Mary A. Smallwood of Maybrook, a longtime resident of the area passed away Friday, October 23, 2020, in Middletown. She was 68.
The daughter of the late Thomas Joseph Sr. and Antoinette Vanessa Armellino Coffey, she was born February 19, 1952 in the Bronx .
Mary was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend who would do anything to help those in need. She loved crafting and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a dedicated member of Teamsters Local 707.
Survivors include her husband Levon Sr. at home; sons James Smallwood and his wife Kathleen of Alabama, Levon Smallwood Jr. and his wife Katrina of Walden and Shawn Smallwood of Walden; daughters Carisa Fick and her husband Eric of Kingston and Tiana Sauer and her husband Dale of Virginia; eleven grandchildren; sister Patricia Coffey of Manhattan and Many nieces, nephews & extended family
Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Thomas Joseph Coffey Jr.
Memorial visitation will take place Thursday, November 5, 2020, from 12 pm-2pm, at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden, NY 12586.
Cremation will take place privately.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Hudson Valley Chapter, 2649 South Road, #101, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
