Rocking Horse Ranch is happy to welcome C.J. Hartwell-Kelly to the team. C.J. comes to The Ranch following 15 years as the General Manager at the Buttermilk Falls complex, a world renowned hospitality/spa destination in Milton,
Hartwell-Kelly, a Highland native said, “Rocking Horse Ranch has been an Ulster County staple since its inception in 1958. I am proud to be a part of such a great family organization, and look forward to continuing the long tradition of excellence in hospitality that The Ranch brings to the Hudson Valley.”

Hartwell-Kelly is well established in the local community, not only being born and raised in Highland, but also as a SUNY New Paltz alumna majoring in geology prior to entering the hospitality industry.

“C.J. has a proven track record of success, not only from her time at Buttermilk Falls, but as a respected member of the Ulster County Tourism Board. It was an easy decision bringing her on as our new General Manager” said Steve Turk, owner of Rocking Horse Ranch.
