Shawangunk Planning Board to hold continued public hearings

The Town of Shawangunk Planning Board will hold two continued public hearings Wednesday, Nov. 4, 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 14 Central Avenue, Wallkill.

The first public hearing is regarding the application for Edward & Lyn Garvey for preliminary approval of a plat entitled Survey Plat and Lot Line Revisions for lands of E & L Farms, LLC/ Edward F. Garvey & Lyn Garvey/ Pirog and Garvey Farm Rentals LLC located at 3000 and 3014 NYS Route 52; 7 and 20 Drechsel Lane; 3360 New Prospect Road in the R-AG2 District and Pine Bush Central School District.

The second public hearing is regarding the application for Mako Homes, Inc. for preliminary approval of a plat entitled Survey Map & Subdivision Plan for lands of Elizabeth Cocks, E.&M. Cossa, J.&P. Cossa located on Malloy Road and Albany Post Road in R-AG4 District in the Wallkill Central School District.

The applications and plans will be available at the Planning Board office at Town Hall during working hours Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ten days prior to the public hearing. Any interested person may file with the Planning Board a written statement in lieu of or in addition to any remarks to be presented at the hearing. Such statements shall be signed and presented to the Planning Board Secretary prior to or at the hearing at Town Hall, 14 Central Avenue, Wallkill.
