On Monday, Shoprite of Montgomery reported that one of their associates has reported symptoms consistent with COVID-19.

The store announced on their Facebook page that they have implemented deep cleaning procedures that follow the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommended protocols, as well as their own enhanced environmental cleaning and disinfecting guidelines.

The associate will not return to work until cleared by a healthcare professional to do so. Shoprite of Montgomery has notified any colleagues of the associate who may have been in close contact for a prolonged period of time and are requiring them to self-quarantine for a period of 14 days.
