The Town of Crawford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m., Nov. 4, 2020 at Crawford Town Hall, 121 NY-302, Pine Bush.

This public hearing is for an area variance to amend a prior appeal from 2018 to allow a 40 foot by 40 foot chalet garage to be located within the side yard setback when prior approval permitted a 30 foot by 40 foot chalet garage; and an elevated walkway connecting the garage to the house, at the property located at 764 Bullville Road, designated as 14-1-38.4 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the RA Zoning District, owned by John and Deborah Maragliano.
