On Monday, May 10, the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, which requires a follow-up shot, will be administered during a walk-in clinic at Shawangunk Town Hall.
The clinic will be held from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. All Ulster County residents ages 16 and up are eligible.
Walk-ins are only for residents who are receiving their first shot. All residents going to town hall for a second shot need to have an appointment, which is given at the time of their first shot. Those with questions or concerns can call the Ulster County Department of Health and Mental Health’s COVID Resource Center at 845-443-8888.
Medical and non-medical volunteers who would like to help out with vaccine distribution can go to COVID19.ulstercountyny.gov/vaccine-resource-center and sign up. Click sub-category vaccine and choose medical or non-medical volunteer, fill out the form and submit.
