NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to section 274(a)(b) and section 276 of the Town Law and the Zoning Law of the Town of Shawangunk, as amended, Public Hearings will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Shawangunk, County of Ulster, State of New York on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matters can be heard at the Town Office Building, 14 Central Avenue, Wallkill, New York, for the purpose of considering the following applications and for the conducting of any other business that may come before the Board:

Public Hearing:

Application for Edward & Lyn Garvey for Preliminary Approval of plat entitled " "Survey & Lot Line Revisions" for Lands of E & L Farms, LLC / Edward F. & Lyn Garvey / Pirog & Garvey Farm Rentals LLC known as Tax Map # 105.1126.11 / 105.1126.12 / 105.118.11 / 105.152.12. Applicant proposes Lot Line Changes at 3000 & 3014 NYS Route 52; 7 & 20 Dreschel Lane; 3360 New Prospect Road located in the R-AG2 District and PBCSD.

Application for Mako Homes, Inc. / Owners: Elizabeth Cocks, Edward R & Mary J Cossa, John A & Pamela Cossa, Jr for proposed Eight (8) Cluster Lot Subdivision at 1923 1945 Albany Post Road in the R-AG4 District and WCSD

The applications and plans will be available at the Planning Board Office at the Town Office Building during working hours Monday Friday 12:00 4:00pm ten days prior to the Public Hearing. Any interested person may file with the Planning Board a written statement in lieu of or in addition to any remarks to be presented at the hearing. Such statements shall be signed and presented to the Planning Board Secretary prior to or at the hearing at Town Office Building, 14 Central Avenue, Wallkill, New York. All parties and citizens in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to the proposed applications but the Planning Board reserves the right to limit time for presentation to a maximum of five minutes.
