The Town of New Windsor annual Halloween Party is on Friday October 25th starting at 6pm at Kristi Babcock Memorial Park. Some of the returning fan favorites that we have again are the Haunted Hay Ride, the Haunted Trail, and the costume parade with four different age groups where the entrants all have a chance to win a prize.
