Pro-Trump rally draws hundreds in Pine Bush

On Sunday, hundreds of Donald Trump supporters gathered at Crawford Town Park in Pine Bush for a rally.

Drivers from trucks, cars and motorcycles waved flags and signs backing the president’s reelection bid. Participants drove from the town park down onto Dubois Street and onto New York State Route 52 to Walker Valley before returning to the town park.

Those who attended the rally felt that it was a positive space for them to express their political views.

“Such an awesome day supporting and celebrating our President Donald J. Trump,” Debbie Boniface said Sunday. “The turnout was amazing! 44 more days! Get out and vote to save our beautiful country!”

Mike Martucci, who is running for New York State Senate District 42, came out to show his support for Trump. A large campaign banner supporting Martucci was seen at the event.

The Town of Crawford and Town of Shawangunk Police Departments chaperoned the rally. No one was injured during the festivities.

“What an incredible day,” said Maria Herb. “President Trump, we have so much love for you and our country.”
