Wednesday, Jan. 1 - New Year’s Day, Library is Closed! Happy New Year 2020!

Thursday, Jan. 2 - Baby & Me Storytime and Playgroup*, 10 a.m. (ages 0-24 mos.) Sing, clap and bounce with your baby to interactive rhymes, stories and songs. Children’s Room.; Game Afternoon*, 3 p.m. (adults); Adult Knit/Crochet Club, 6:30 p.m.)

Saturday, Jan. 4 - LEGO Club, 11 a.m. (all ages), Children’s Room.

Monday, Jan. 6 - Library Board of Trustees Meeting, 7 p.m.

Tuesday, Jan 7 - Textile Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Town Hall Community Room. Bring a project and a friend. New members are welcome; Family Storytime*, 10:30 a.m. (all ages with caregiver). Stories, songs, and crafts for the whole family.; Little Explorers S.T.E.M. and Sensory*, 1:30 p.m. (ages 3-5), Children’s Room.

Wednesday, Jan 8 - Mahjong Club, 2 p.m. Meet up and play this addictive game. No need to bring your own mahjong set, you can use the library’s.

Thursday, Jan 9 - Baby & Me Storytime and Playgroup*, 10 a.m. (ages 0-24 mos.); Game Afternoon*, 3 p.m. (adults); Read to Zoe* and make a craft, 4 p.m. (ages 5 plus); Adult Knit/Crochet Club, 6:30 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 10 - Adult Art: Project TBD, 1 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 11 - Drop-In Craft & Play, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Popsicle Stick Snowperson.

Wednesday, Jan. 29 - Mahjong Club, 2 p.m.; Mini Maker Space: MYO Snow Globe*, 4 p.m. (ages 5 plus). Turn a glass container slated for the recycling into the dome of a waterless winter scene. All components will be provided, but you may bring your own miniatures to add a personal touch if you wish!

Friday, Jan. 31 - Inspire Your Heart with Art Day*, 4 p.m. A variet of projects for all ages. Children’s Room. Art Day is a day to ponder how art affects your heart. Go to a gallery, theater, cinema, music venue, or the library and soak up and create art around you!
