Village trustee elections slated for September 15

After many delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, village elections will finally take place on Tuesday, Sept. 15.

In the Village of Walden, John Ramos, Cheryl Baker and Willie Carley are running for three open trustee seats on the village board. Voting will take place from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on the third floor of the Walden Village Hall, 1 Municipal Square.

In Maybrook, Trustees Daryl Capozzoli and Robert Pritchard are running for two open seats and Mayor Dennis Leahy is running unopposed. Voting will take place at the Maybrook Senior Center from noon to 9 p.m.
