I met Brian Maher when my dad Andy Abatangelo, a World War II Veteran, had the trip of a lifetime on the Hudson Valley Honor Flight. I will never forget how much that trip meant to my dad and our entire family. Over the past several years I have been volunteering my time to help the honor flight and all other community service projects Brian asks me to help with.

I know when I get a call from Brian he is about to ask for my help with some project to benefit our community or serve our veterans. That is just the type of guy he is. He is always trying to help someone in whatever way he can. I will always support him because I know he genuinely cares about people.

As Mayor of Walden, Brian took pride in his community and worked to bring people together on important issues. I believe he will do the same for us. I look forward to having him represent the Village of Maybrook and the entire Town of Montgomery. I will be encouraging my friends and neighbors to vote for him as well. A vote for Brian is a vote for a hard working public servant who cares deeply about our community.
